Heather grew up in Tennessee and moved to Missouri in 2012 with her husband and daughter. She started her Calo career in 2014 as a residential coach. She transitioned between various positions within the residential team homes. She decided to move to the Girls Transition home in 2020 and spent two years as the Transition Specialist. In 2022 she had her second child and moved into the Girls Side Care Manager position to spend more time with her family. In her spare time, she enjoys challenging herself with new crochet patterns, going on adventures with her children, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
