Ben has been at Calo for over 3 years. Ben came to Calo looking for connection not only in the kitchen but outside the kitchen setting as well. Ben has 25 years of experience in the culinary industry as an Executive Chef as well as Food and Beverage Director in 5 star fine dining restaurants. He also has experience working in major hotels, running their catering and events prior to coming to Calo. Ben appreciates the opportunity to connect with our student through food everyday while accepting new ways to improve our menus with the input from our students.
