Anthony Herring is 44 years old, and has worked in residential treatment facilities for the past 20 years. He began his career with CALO December of 2022 as a Youth Coach. Anthony has been recognized as a Rockstar and received the Growth Award. He was promoted to Shift Lead in October of 2023. Throughout his career at CALO and other facilities, he has had the privilege of working with youth from all backgrounds. Anthony’s joy in life is seeing the progress our students make on their therapeutic journey and knowing that he had a part in it. When he is not working, Anthony enjoys being in nature. Hiking, fishing, kayaking, and camping whenever he can. However, he’s also been known to participate in therapeutic video game binges. Anthony’s positivity is infectious, and he loves to help others see the brighter side of life. That being said, Anthony says he identifies most with our Core Value of Growth.
